Crime round up: Lawnmowers stolen in Penn


A TRIO lawn mowers have been stolen from a home in Penn.

Thieves took a red Countax petrol driven ride on lawn mower, a grey Honda petrol driven lawn mower and a green Atco lawn mower from the garage in Church Road.

They also nabbed hedge cutters and a petrol strimmer.

It happened between 5pm Friday July 3 and 1pm July 10, police revealed today.

The following crimes were also reported to Thames Valley Police: BURGLARS stole jewellery from a Marlow household but some was later found abandoned in the Harrow area in Middlesex.

It was taken between 7pm on Friday July 10 and 4.20pm Sunday July 12 in Westwood Road.

The culprits forced the rear patio doors to get in.

A mobile phone and charger were also taken from a home in Seymour Park Road, Marlow on Thursday July 9 between midday and midnight.

Between 6:00pm on Friday 10th and 8:00am on Saturday 11th, offenders gained entry to a compound at a premise in Marsh, and removed the wheels and tyres from a two DAF vehicles, leaving the rear of the vehicles on bricks and the fronts on the ground.

Between 11:00pm on Sunday 12th and 7:00am on Monday 13th, offenders attempted to gain entry to a premise in Lockbridge Road, Bourne End, via a small front ground floor window, which had been left open for ventilation. An attempt was also made to gain entry via the rear patio doors. Both attempts were unsuccessful and no entry was gained.
