A NEW dental practice could open in Marlow after a planning application was submitted to Wycombe District Council.
Planners have asked to convert an existing office in Chapel Street into a dental surgery.
The council also yesterday received an application to convert a Methodist Church in Lane End into a three bedroom block of flats.
The following were applications received by councils in south Bucks yesterday.

Wycombe District Council
35 School Lane, Great Hampden. Proposed non-material amendment to permission for "Construction of single storey rear extension, external alterations to existing dwelling, internal alterations to convert both dwellings to 1 x 4 bed dwelling and construction of detached garage/store room" granted under planning ref: 09/05774/FUL.
Methodist Church, The Row, Lane End. Conversion of existing Methodist chapel to 1 x 3 bed dwelling and associated external alterations.
First Floor, 2 Chapel Street, Marlow. Change of use from B1(Office) to Dental Practice with two treatment rooms.
34 Inkerman Drive, Hazlemere. Householder application for the construction of single storey rear extension with balcony over.
The Old Barn, The Holloway, Whiteleaf. Householder application for construction of detached single storey garage (part retrospective).
South Bucks District Council
The Old Rectory, Windsor End, Beaconsfield. Listed building application for internal alterations.
No applications were received by Chiltern District Council.
