A TALENTED young Amersham photographer will have her work displayed alongside photos taken by a star of the Harry Potter films after winning a national competition.

Pipers Corner School pupil Emily Tudor beat more than 500 entrants to become the winner in the 11-14 age category at the Sightsavers International charity's i:click photography contest.

The 13-year-old's snap, entitled 'Happiness', goes on display in London's South Bank next week – alongside photos taken by Harry Potter actress Katie Leung and X-Factor popstars Same Difference.

The exhibition, which has the theme of body language, opens at the gallery@oxo on Thursday December 10 at 11am.

Sightsavers International works in over 30 countries across Africa, Asia and the Caribbean to treat and prevent avoidable blindness and to also improve life for those who are irreversibly blind.
