Met Office warns motorists about icy roads

THE Met Office has warned motorists to expect icy roads following the weekend's heavy snowfall – with light snow showers expected to continue tonight.

Monday is expected to start off bright before turning cloudy in the afternoon, with light snow forecast to come down in south Bucks at around 6pm.

But despite the heavy snow disappearing, The Met Office has reminded early morning commuters to be wary about the threat of ice on the districts untreated roads.
