Have you had the most snow in Bucks?

THE search is on to find where the most snow has fallen in south Bucks.

Reader Imran Akram has set the benchmark after measuring seven inches of the white stuff falling in his garden in Plumer Road, High Wycombe.

We are looking to see if anyone can beat this – and send in a photo to prove it.

A prize will be given to the winner.

Send your pictures, saying where you took it, to bfpnews@london.newsquest.co.uk.

What is to stop someone just piling some snow in to a lump, taking a photo and winnning?

Or folding the bottom of the tape measure.
Or finding a natural snow drift..
Stupid idea for a "competition".
.
Anyway, according to all the news and forecasts, 7" is nowhere near the deepest round here lately (we had over 8").
.
Security words = cold-mile
Now a mile, would be impressive!

What is it about English men that make them run around with a tape measure declaring that they have 7" or 8"?

I just want to thank the young man who helped my daughter and grandchild, They were struggling to push his pram along west wycombe road and he came to her rescuce and helped her along. As it turned out they were going to the same street and he helped her all the way god bless the young man, he was so kind

I measured 10.4 inches in my garden on Wednesday evening. I live in Downley and the snow is an absolute nightmare here, I still haven't attempted to get my car out
