WHEN ARE SPEED RESTRICTIONS GOING TO IMPOSED ALONG THIS STRETCH OF ROAD?
THIS AREA HAS CLAIMED MANY LIVES AND WILL CONTINUE TO DO SO UNTIL A 40 RESTRICTION IS ENFORCED ALONG THE ENTIRE STRETCH

Putting the speed down to 40 isn't going to make a difference! People will still over take and possibly get into more accidents. The reason for all the deaths and accidents on this road is due to people not using there common sense! The slower you make the speed limit the more impatient people are going to get!!

The limit on this road I think is now 50, it was 60. It has made no difference, the speeds along here are rediculous at times. It needs speed enforcement by TVP's traffic division but I think they now only have one officer patrolling Bucks, berks and Oxon!!

Would it not be a good idea to put up one of those signs that light up and flash the speed limit.
This road has so many accidents and near misses, why not a speed camera? We have family living beside the A404 it is a huge worry every time they have to leave their home!
Our friend is in Intensive care, and a young man has just died, why could this not have been avoided, how many more before something is done?
