Heap of rubbish dumped off Derehams Lane, Loudwater

THIS HEAP of rubbish was dumped off Derehams Lane in Loudwater last week.

Wycombe District Council said it has now cleared the mess and is investigating.

A council spokesman urged residents to ensure all waste is disposed of responsibly and always check you are using a Registered Waste Carrier, if waste is being removed from your property.

To check if a company is registered as a waste carrier, or for details of authorised waste sites, call the Environment Agency on 08708 506 506.

If you see rubbish being dumped illegally please report the incident by phoning the Illegal Dumping hotline on: 0845 330 1856 or report illegal dumping online at www.buckscc.gov.uk

More like a small pile than a heap. The photographer has used a very low camera angle close to the ground to make it appear that the pile is bigger than it really is.
What a waste of a reporters time it is not newsworthy.

Obvously a light news day, but you can expect to see more of that if the council brings in the wheely bins with micro chips, so you pay for what you throw away. That small amount could be just the tip of the iceberg.

Thats not a door thats a heat shield tile from the death star. right behind is the broken skeleton of an AT-AT walker, and the distintive blue air bag of an X wing fighter jet.R2D2 lays unable to move. How humbling that Vada chose the skys of Earth to finish the battle and that the debris should rain down on derehams lane.Hang on fat duck im getting my coat too!!!
