A 33-YEAR-OLD man has denied raping a woman in Studley Green.
Carlos Yabarzvietcovich pleaded not guilty to one charge of rape when he appeared at Aylesbury Crown Court today.
The High Street, West Wycombe, resident was charged following an alleged incident on July 28 last year.
He is due back before court on October 13, when a trial is set to start, after being granted bail.
