Planning applications for March 18


THE following applications were submitted to south Buckinghamshire councils yesterday.

Wycombe District Council:

68 Marys Mead, Hazlemere. Householder application for single storey front porch extension and new roof over bay window.

Hill House, Fingest Road, Fingest. Householder application for construction of single storey and first floor rear extensions, single storey front extension, new front porch, new pitched roof to existing garage and associated external alterations.

135 Hughenden Avenue, High Wycombe. Erection of one 5-bed dwelling with integral garage.

181A Amersham Road, High Wycombe. Proposed single / two storey side extension to house.

227 Penn Road, Hazlemere. Outline application (including details of access,layout and scale) for erection of detached two storey house in rear garden of 227.

Chiltern Cottage, 101 Main Road, Naphill. Householder application for installation of 2 high level velux style windows on south west elevation.

21 & 22 Whinneys Road, Loudwater. Householder application for construction of gable end roof extension to both 21 & 22 Whinneys Road & insertion of 1 rear dormer in each dwelling in connection with creation of habitable room in loftspace.

5 Woodland Way, Marlow. Householder application for erection of two storey side extension and single storey conservatory to rear, and demolition of existing garage.

South Bucks District Council:

Oakdene, Cherry Tree Lane, Fulmer. Application for a Certificate of Lawfulness for proposed: Front porch and single storey rear extension.

Ground Floor, 12 Oak End Way, Gerrards Cross. Extension to time limit imposed on application 07/01069/FUL for: Change of use of ground floor from Retail (Class A1) to Restaurant (Class A3).

No applications were received by Chiltern District Council.
