PEOPLE across the county put their running shoes on to raise money and get fit for Sport Relief.
At just one of the events hundreds of people took part aged two to 84 in Prestwood on Sunday either running one, three or six miles.
Nexus Sprinters Leisure Centre organised the Prestwood Sport Relief's Run a Mile with a warm up by fitness instructor Karen Soper and mascot Wallygator.
The oldest entry was Tom Martin, 84, from Prestwood who walked one mile in 35 minutes.
Mr Martin, who is recovering from emphysema said: “I’ve been training in my lounge for this mile but its different doing it outside.”
Schools also joined in to encourage kids to get active and raise money to help disadvantaged people in the UK and the world's poorest countries.
Pupils aged between four and seven at Speen Church of England School ran around an assault course in fancy dress to raise money.
There was also a smaller course for the two to four-year-olds with refreshments afterwards to quench their thirst.
