TRAVEL agent Lunn Poly has been robbed of a large amount of cash.

Three men burst into the shop in Packhorse Road, Gerrards Cross, last Friday and forced terrified staff to the back of the shop before searching it looking for money.

The officer investigating the case said staff were left shocked but not hurt by the ordeal which lasted a few minutes.

Detective Constable Pete Collett said: "They (the staff) were shaken up and they are being offered support by us and the company."

The gang escaped with what police would only describe as a "significant" amount of money.

It is believed the gang escaped in a saloon car that was possibly parked in Bulstrode Way.

DC Collett said: "We do not know the type of car. It was probably parked at the rear car park at the back of Lloyds.

"All we know is that it pulled on to the Packhorse Road in a bit of a hurry. I think it headed toward the railway."

The raid took place at 4.45pm and police hope people coming home from work may have seen the car.

One robber is described as black and was wearing several layers of dark clothing. The other two offenders were wearing balaclavas and black clothing.

Anybody with any information should contact DC Collett at High Wycombe CID on 01494 686145 or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 4555 111.
