POLICE have released two e-fit photographs of two men they want to trace after a woman was sexually assaulted.

The attack earlier this year took place in Acton Park when the victim was walking home in the early hours of Sunday, July 4.

Police urged women in the area to be vigilant and said the men posed a threat to women walking alone.

They are also appealing for victims of other sexual assaults in the area, who have not reported the attack, to come forward.

A spokesman said: "Ealing borough police are treating this incident very seriously.

"We are anxious to trace the offenders and would ask anyone with information, no matter how insignificant it may appear, to contact us.

"This was a particularly shocking incident and we would ask members of the public to be especially vigilant as these individuals pose a threat to lone females."

The first suspect is black, approximately 30 years old, six feet tall, large build with short dark hair and large hands.

He was wearing a three-quarter length jacket that had draw string ties around the collar. The second suspect was black, five feet seven inches to five feet eight tall, of skinny build with dark braided hair.

He was wearing a grey hooded top with dark blue baggy jeans and black boots.
