FESTIVITIES started with a bang at the Spectrum Club's Christmas party held at the Highcrest Community School.

The pyrotechnics team from the Snow White panto in High Wycombe, headed by expert Yuri Queiroz, put on a firework display for the youngsters at the party in the Hatters Lane school, in High Wycombe.

Organiser Ann Barrett said: "It was a great party. The youngsters thought the team put on a superb show for them."

Ian and Stephanie Ingalls also attended bringing with them their Grace Jones lookalike robot who appeared on the show Robotwars.

The Spectrum Club is for adolescents with Asperger syndrome or higher functioning autism.

The club, run by new organisation Autismbucks, helps kids with autism and their families across Bucks.
