MARLOW FM presenters have bared all for a hotly anticipated naked calendar in support of Age UK.

The ‘calendar girls’ inspired project features presenters from the community radio station starkers in various Marlow locations, which include bicycle store, Saddle Safari, the library and on top of a moored boat.

Paul Mansell, Marlow FM’s PR and Marketing Director and Pirate FM presenter said: “You will fall about laughing your head off, it’s a bit tongue in cheek but also it’s a high quality calendar that is not only supporting a very successful community radio station but a very deserving charity.

“When it came to getting naked, the anticipation was worse than the actual process, I think it played on most people’s minds a lot until it came to the shoot then everyone just went for it.”

Proceeds from the calendar will help maintain the radio station which is run by volunteers and 20 percent of profits will go to Age UK Marlow.

Already the calendar has caused quite a stir with people desperate to get hold of a copy.

Mr Mansell said: “It’s got a big buzz about it, people seem keen to buy one because it’s something a bit different and a lot of fun.

“The Deputy Mayor Suzanne Brown emailed me asking where she can get one and on Sunday at the Fun Run she came up to me and again asked where she can buy a calendar.”

You can pick up your calendar for £6.99 from The Crowne Plaza Hotel, The Compleat Angler, Choco-latte, D&J News, the Marlow Library and The Ship pub, or online fromwww.marlowfm.co.uk
