COSTA Coffee is set to open its doors for business in Flackwell Heath on Saturday.
It will be run as a franchise by Emileo Aleo and Kerry Morgan, who already have a successful Costa cafe in Bourne End.
The White Waltham couple also run outlets in Chesham, Eton and Abingdon.
They are preparing to hold a party for village traders and community groups next Thursday, and hope to sponsor the soon-to-launch community library project.
The new cafe has been fitted out in the former Classic Beauty salon in Straight Bit, and is set to compete with an independent coffee shop, which is due to open in the Summer.
Grant Foster, a former chairman of Flackwell Heath Residents Association, recently announced plans to open a cafe on the site of the former Green Man pub, next to a planned Sainsbury’s store.
