THREE men were injured in a single-car collision on the M40 this evening.
The London-bound carriageway was closed for a time, but now two lanes remain shut due to the accident, leaving traffic queueing.
Firefighters attended the scene on the southbound carriageway between junctions 2, Beaconsfield, and 1a, the M25 interchange, at around 8.24pm.
The three men were released from the car before the crews from the Beaconsfield station arrived.
No further details about the extent of their injuries have been released at this time.

Previous comments have said it all (impressed by the one sent in at 01.35 am ) all very honest and accurate with their thoughts made clear
BAD WORKMEN BLAME THEIR OWN TOOLS
It is obvious that their are serious issues within the Club and perhaps now is the time for Mr Hayes and Directors to update us with their thoughts and expectations for the rest of this season and next . Give some encouragement to those that have already paid for their tickets
If the Managers performance is not acceptable to Mr Hayes and Directors and cannot be replaced for financial reasons then demote him to Reserve team manger and visa versa
The Players must take some of the blame as they are not performing as true professionals with wrong attitudes and negative approach to the game. A serious man to man talk, no holds barred, no discrimination to resolve what needs to be done to put us back on track,,, or does everyone want us to go back to Div 2 and then the Conference the year after
Without a 200% effort by everyone concerned with W W FC then thats where we will finish up
Thought for today
Their are no problems only solutions
