What is the correct form of address for Mr Houalla, 'commander for the Wycombe district'? Commander or Superintendent? Is he 'Superintendent Houalla, commander for the Wycombe district', or 'Commander Houalla'?

(Just curious - I don't expect to have a conversation with him.)

It is he case always that the Police is seeking information from anyone who saw anything. SO one question arises that, what good use are the police then? They are always the last to know it seems. The reality is that Police is now also a profitable business with record amounts of millions of pounds being collected from innocent motorists. If police can have sting operations, hidden speed cameras and routine traffic stops then why not set up a sting operation to catch burglars... Oh i understand that will not bring any revenue , will it !! Sad and dangerously commercial money grabbing greedy world we live in, these days !
