Man dies after being hit by train
A MAN has died after being hit by a train near Monks Risborough.
British Transport Police said they were called to the track near the train station at 10.47pm yesterday after reports of a man being struck by the Aylesbury to Princes Risborough service.
Paramedics were called but the man, who is believed to be 38 years old and from the High Wycombe area, was pronounced dead at the scene.
His death is not being treated as suspicious, police said.
