Body found in burning car
A BODY was found in a burning car near Princes Risborough in the early hours of Sunday morning.
Police were called after Buckinghamshire Fire and Rescue attended a car fire in a layby on the A4129 Risborough Road between Longwick and Kingsey at about 2.30am.
Police spokesman, Lucy Billen, said the fire brigade discovered a body in the car when they arrived at the scene and called the police.
It is currently being treated as an unexplained death.
A post mortem or formal identification has not been completed.
Ms Billen said at this early stage of the investigation it is not being treated as suspicious.
