Ex-parish clerk to face trial in December
EX-PARISH council clerk Lynne Turner appeared at a crown court today – charged with ten counts of fraud and one count of false accounting.
The 50-year-old, of Tancred Road, High Wycombe, pleaded not guilty to all the charges at Oxford Crown Court this morning and a trial date was set for December 17.
She had already denied the charges at High Wycombe Magistrates Court.
The fraud charges relate to the alleged transfer of £28,000 to her personal bank account between August 2010 and May 2011, while she was employed by Hughenden Parish Council.
She was given unconditional bail.
