Toning up a Towie star

PERSONAL trainer Paul Sawyer is set for the small screen after training TOWIE star Mick Norcross.

The High Wycombe cricketer and the founder of the Fitness6 group, has been putting the nightclub owner through his paces for the last three months. Paul, who works in Bucks, was filmed for the TV series, The Only Way Is Essex, in August.

He is currently launching a new regime, the Elite Bootcamp at High Wycombe Cricket Club, starting in October.

It is suitable for all fitness levels and it will focus on inch loss, nutrition and toning over three 60 minute sessions a week for a month, every Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning, costing £95.
