A NEW music festival is coming to High Wycombe this weekend hoping to boost the live music scene in the town.

Michael Tinton has organised X-12 Fest through Exposed Bands for this Saturday at The White Horse in West Wycombe Road.

There will be a mix of genres from pop, punk, Indie, acoustic, metal and rock.

The current line up is Blood Red Halo, Remnant, Silver Fin, Northpaw, Scholars, Borderline: Fire, Saving Sebastian, Incarna, Canals of Bruges and Tony Goff.

Michael, 28, said: "It has been a while since I have done an event. There is not much music around in High Wycombe at the moment so I wanted to help it. "The White Horse is more than keen to have music back in their venue."

He has run live music events in the past and studied Music Management at Bucks New Uni.
