Man charged after Flackwell Heath crash
A 40-YEAR-OLD man has been charged after a serious collision in Flackwell Heath.
Neil Davies, of Hithercroft Road, High Wycombe, has been charged with driving without due care and attention and driving while above the prescribed alcohol limit.
He was charged by Thames Valley Police this week after a collision between a silver BMW and a blue Volvo S40 in Treadaway Hill at about 2.50pm on Sunday August 12.
He is due to appear at High Wycombe Magistrates’ Court on Monday October 29.
