If you want to learn French in Liverpool there are a number of different ways to go about it.

A calm environment is essential, along with space to reflect and revise on any new knowledge that has been taken on board. While a classroom isn't always the best environment for learning, a calm space for reflection is one of the prerequisites for learning a language (the others being a willingness to learn and a source of knowledge).
