Man exposes himself to pedestrian in Wycombe
A MAN exposed himself to a woman who was walking along a pavement in High Wycombe this morning.
The man, who was sat in a black saloon car in Suffield Road, firstly engaged the lady in a conversation as she was walking past.
When the woman looked into the car she saw the man was purposefully exposing himself.
The incident happened at 11am today.
The offender is described as an Asian man in his twenties, with short well groomed hair and a well groomed beard.
