CCTV images have been released after a failed robbery at a bank in Marlow, as the hunt continues for the culprit.
Pictures show a man wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt pulled tight around his face entering the High Street branch of Lloyds around 9.45am on Tuesday, January 6.
A man got out of the front passenger seat of a black Audi - pictured – before entering the bank.
He threatened a cash in transit worker who was carrying out a delivery and attempted to steal a cash box.
Nothing was stolen and no one was injured in the incident.
The man fled empty-handed, got back into the black Audi and the car drove away.
A 32-year-old man was arrested in connection with the incident, but was released without charge.
Officers would like to speak to the man pictured in the CCTV image because he might be able to help their investigation.
Investigating officer, Det Con Nathan Davey from Force CID, said: “We are appealing for any further witnesses to this serious offence and for anyone who may recognise the man or the vehicle shown in the CCTV images.
"If you have any information which could assist with the investigation please contact Thames Valley Police on 101 or via Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
