A 24-year-old man has been charged with attempted robbery and possession of an offensive weapon in High Wycombe.
Marcus Geddis of Millgate, in High Wycombe, was charged on Friday following an attempted robbery at Food Fare earlier that day.
A man is alleged to have entered the store with a snooker cue and threatened staff. Police were called and the suspect was arrested at the scene.
Mr Geddis was bailed to appear at High Wycombe Magistrates’ Court on March 2.
