The court ordered him to pay £2,500 fines for each offence, £1,224.06 towards the council's costs and a victim surcharge of £120 – a total of £6,344.06.

The court also issued a Hygiene Prohibition Order on Mr Salam which prohibits him from participating in the management of a food business.

All food premises registered with Wycombe District Council are regulated in accordance with the Food Law Code of Practice issued by the Food Standards Agency.
