Cash stolen in burglary
Cash was stolen by burglars who broke into a house in Chalfont St Giles - before they were discovered by the homeowners.
The property in London Road was broken into after the front door was forced open.
The culprits were disturbed during their search of the house and left through the door they had entered the house through.
A sum of cash was stolen during the burglary, which happened at 3.45pm on Saturday, April 11.
Thames Valley Police have launched an appeal for information. Anyone with information, or who saw anyone acting in a suspicious manner around this time at the location, should contact Amersham CID on 101, quoting crime reference number 43150100002.
