A teenager found with 50 deals of crack cocaine and heroin in High Wycombe has been put behind bars for three years.
The 17-year-old was sent to a Young Offenders' Institute after pleading guilty to two charges of possessing class A drugs with intent to supply.
He was charged with the offences on April 15 and received his sentence after pleading guilty to the charges at Aylesbury Crown Court on Friday.
The day before he was charged, the youth - who cannot be named for legal reasons - was found to be in possession of large amounts of crack cocaine and heroin.
Investigating officer Det Con Alex Kratky said: "This sentence should send out a strong message that the supply of illicit drugs is taken very seriously by Thames Valley Police and the judicial system.
"Even as a juvenile the defendant has not evaded a three year custodial sentence and now another drug dealer has been removed from our streets."
