36 more vehicles have been damaged as the wave of vandalism across High Wycombe continued this week.

At about 12.50am on Monday, Thames Valley Police received reports of 36 vehicles damaged by two males riding a motorcycle in the Castlefield and Booker areas in High Wycombe.

Officers investigating the incidents say they would like to speak to residents who may have seen the two men in the area at the time.

Police spokesman Hannah Williams said: “TVP’s priority continues to be members of the public who are being affected by these incidents and officers are aware the ongoing criminal damage is a concern for many in the community."

Monday’s vandalism takes the number of vehicles damaged across the town to around 300 since the start of March.

Officers say they are continuing to work to prevent and disrupt further cases by putting additional police resources in place.

If you have any information which could help police please call the 24-hour Thames Valley Police enquiry centre on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
