Two teenagers have been charged on suspicion of arson after 12 cars were damaged during a spate of attacks last year.

Between 4.23am and 6.52am on December 11, eight vehicles were set alight in Abercromby Avenue Industrial Estate, one in Abercromby Avenue at the junction with Fryers Lane, one in Booker Lane and two vehicles in Juniper Drive.

One woman said she was left devastated after her car, which contained Christmas presents for her family, was targeted and destroyed.

Khurum Hanif, aged 19, from Rutland Avenue, High Wycombe and a 17-year-old boy also from High Wycombe were both charged with conspiracy to commit arson in relation to the damage of 12 vehicles.

Hanif and the 17-year old will appear at High Wycombe Magistrates’ Court tomorrow.
