A second man has been arrested as police continue to investigate four incidents of sexual offences on The Rye in High Wycombe.

In just six days, four women reported being the victims of sexual offences in the area – with a man exposing himself to them all on each occasion, while also attempting to grab two of them.

Following the fourth incident yesterday, a 31-year-old man from High Wycombe was arrested, but has since been bailed.

He was arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure and sexual assault in relation to three of the incidents on June 11, 14 and 17.

A second man has since been arrested.

The 35-year-old man from Flackwell Heath remains in police custody on suspicion of indecent exposure and sexual assault in relation to the four incidents.
