Police have made an arrest after a 25-year-old man was threatened with a Swiss Army knife at a bus stop in Cressex on Friday.
The victim was waiting at the roadside in Holmers Farm Way when a man carrying a knife approached him and threatened him.
The victim was not injured during the incident, but was said to be left distressed.
There were other people at the bus stop when the incident happened at 1.35pm on Friday, including an elderly couple and children. None of them were injured.
Officers arrested a 29-year-old from High Wycombe yesterday, on suspicion of using threatening/ abusive/ insulting words/ behaviour with intent to cause fear of/ provoke unlawful violence and on suspicion of possession of an offensive weapon in a public place.
He has been bailed until September 16.
