Richard Sutherland appeared at Aylesbury Crown Court today
A man charged with theft, assault and possession of a firearm in High Wycombe appeared before a crown court judge today.
Richard Sutherland, 52, of no fixed address, appeared at Aylesbury Crown Court this morning in connection with an incident on December 18 in which a bottle of perfume was stolen from the House of Fraser in High Wycombe.
Mr Sutherland is also accused of hitting a man after leaving the store and is alleged to have been in possession of pepper spray.
He remains in custody and will appear in court again on Monday, March 14, where he will make a formal plea and a date for trial will be set.
