A 40-year-old man was left with a suspected fractured rib, a black eye and a swollen face after an attack in High Wycombe during the early hours of the morning.
The victim was assaulted by two men as he walked through the bus station in Bridge Street at around 4am on February 27.
He was taken to the Stoke Mandeville Hospital in Aylesbury for treatment and has since been discharged.
He had previously left Yates bar in Frogmoor following an argument with another man.
Thames Valley Police has released CCTV images of men who may have vital information about the incident.
