A man has been charged in connection with a sexual assault near The Rye last month.
Ionut Buterez, aged 31, of Suffield Road, High Wycombe, was charged last night (April 4) in relation to an incident that happened at around 3.40am on March 27.
An 18-year-old woman was walking near Trinity Church, off London Road, when she was confronted by a man who sexually assaulted her.
Buterez was arrested on Sunday, April 3 and is due to appear at Wycombe Magistrates' Court today.
