The trial of a 53-year-old accused of raping and sexually assaulting a woman at a retail park has been delayed after he became ill.
Wooburn Green resident Juan Gonzalez was set to stand trial this month over allegations that he attacked a woman at Knaves Beech Industrial Estate, Loudwater, in February.
However, after falling unwell and being put under medical care, the start of the trial has now been postponed to July 19, according to Aylesbury Crown Court.
Detectives charged Gonzalez with one count of rape and one count of sexual assault two days after a woman was allegedly attacked at about 3.15am on Saturday, February 6.
