A man pushed and punched a 16-year-old boy in an "unprovoked attack" in Amersham yesterday. 

At around 2.15pm yesterday (July 18) in Hyrons Lane, the teenager was approached by a man who pushed him before punching him in the chest. 

He was not injured in the attack. 

The attacker is described as aged between 20 and 25 and about 5ft 11ins. 

He had a shaved head and was wearing a red t-shirt with white lettering on the back.

Investigating officer PC Daniel Thompson, based at Taplow police station, said: "This was an unprovoked attack on a young boy who was going about his daily business.

"We believe there may have been a group of about three females nearby who may have seen this incident and I am keen to speak to them to get any information they may have."
