A SHOP owner was threatened with a broken glass and robbed in his store in Beaconsfield this week.

At 2pm on Tuesday, a man walked in to Kingham-Cooper Interiors in London End.

He smashed a glass and threatened the owner of the shop with it, demanding his watch and cash from the till. He stole the watch and cash and ran away from the shop in the direction of Loch Fyne.

The man is described as 22 to 25-years-old, black, 5ft 8ins, of slim build and with short shaven hair. He was wearing a black hooded top, dark jeans and dark trainers.

Police would like to speak to anyone who saw this incident or who recognised the description of the offender given above.
