Eden launches search for Xmas Choir 2009

THE search is back on for the finest festive voices in Buckinghamshire as Eden in High Wycombe launches its second Xmas Choir Competition.

The event will call on amateur choirs of all shapes and sizes to showcase their talent and be in with a chance to win a share of the £3,000 prize fund.

This year the contest will be in three categories – primary schools, secondary schools and community choirs.

Live heats will be held on Thursday November 19 and 26 and Saturday November 28. The grand final will be held on Saturday December 12.

The public will also be able to vote for their favourites on www.bucksfreepress.co.uk.

The event will be run in association with the Bucks Free Press and Bucks.TV.

To enter this fantastic competition, all your choir has to do is pick up an entry form from Eden Customer Services and return it by 5pm on Friday October 23.
