The Liberal Democrat candidate to be the next MP of Wycombe spoke about defence cuts at a hustings event yesterday and asked “wouldn’t it be cheaper to get rid of Putin?”
During the second hustings of the week, in All Saints Church, Steve Guy said that Russian President Vladimir Putin was a part of a new wider range of threats.
