A DROP-IN day for information on the wide range of cancer services available to them will be held at Stoke Mandeville Hospital next week.

Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust is holding the drop-in information day for public, patients, families, carers and healthcare professionals.

They are invited to meet the cancer and palliative care teams at Stoke Mandeville Hospital on Monday, September 2.

Open from 8.30am-3pm in the postgraduate centre, everyone is welcome to pop in and find out about the services available for our adult cancer patients at every stage of their treatment.

Being diagnosed with cancer and going through the treatment can be extremely stressful - fnd out what additional support is available to help, such as support groups, complementary therapies and dietary advice.

Nurses who will be on hand to answer questions and the Health Trust's partners such as Florence Nightingale House Hospice, Rennie Grove Hospice Care and Macmillan will also be there.

Please feel free to drop in at any time. If you are experiencing symptoms that are concerning you please visit your GP as individual consultations cannot be offered on the day.
