A CALL to arms has been made by high speed rail protesters ahead of a rally in Great Missenden next weekend.
Volunteers are needed to help with the event, which is being organised by members of the HS2 Action Alliance.
The rally, which takes place at Buryfields at 2pm on Sunday November 7, features a play performed by pupils at the village's school about the impact the high speed rail line will have on them.
It will also highlight the efforts of the organisation's activities to date and planned future action to fight the proposals.
Members of the Action Alliance are looking for helpers to distribute information before the rally or to help out during the actual event.
Anyone able to help should email sj_london@hotmail.com and put in the subject bar Distribution Help or Event Help.

Surely the correct way to educate youngsters is to allow both sides of the debate to be presented, and to allow them to make up their own minds ?
This has the whiff of French farmers force feeding their geese for the production of Paté de foie gras !
