Villagers post the petition against the changes
TRAIN passengers from Seer Green and Jordans are fighting Chiltern Railways after their off-peak services to and from London were cut by 50 per cent.
More than 1,000 people have signed a petition to show their "disapproval and despair" at the changes brought in last month.
The campaigners say the firm is also planning further cuts in December, when two key peak services could be lost.

Hundreds of times the trains I've been on stop there, for nothing but air.
It costs more to stop and start a train to get it from/to speed, so if the takings != revenue then CR may have justification.
