OVER £1000 was raised during a charity dinner last week helping raise the funds for a new charity minibus.
The money raised helped the Wye Valley Volunteers group raise the £35,000 needed for their new vehicle.
The charity curry night at the Last Viceroy Indian restaurant in The Parade, Bourne End, was attended by over 50 people.
The Wye Valley Volunteers is a voluntary transport service which takes people for medical appointments in the local area.
This service caters for people in Bourne End, Flackwell Heath, the Wooburns and Little Marlow.
