Rotarians celebrate with Attorney General
ATTORNEY General Dominic Grieve was the guest speaker at Bourne End and Cookham Rotary Club’s Christmas dinner.
The MP for Beaconsfield spoke about his role of advising the Government and how he must apply to the Queen before he goes on holiday.
The event was at Winter Hill Golf Club on December 15.
Two members were late for the dinner as they were busy helping with the car parking at a Wasps rugby match, which raised £600 for the Rotary charity fund.
Members were also out in force in the days before Christmas, at supermarkets and knocking on doors to collect donations.
