INDIE rock band We Are Scientists will open the new HMV store at Eden, it has been announced.
They will play live and sign copies of their latest single After Hours at the centre's opening on March 13.
The two New Yorkers will also cut the ribbon to officially launch the store at 4pm.
They will then play a short live set.
The group found indie fame in 2005 with their album With Love and Squalor.
The store will cover 5,000 sq ft and music fans are being invited to access online social networks and music websites on six Apple iMacs.
It will offer a range of 6,000 CDs, 5,000 DVDs, and 2,500 games.
