GEORGE Clooney has finally been taken-off the market after getting engaged to a woman who studied at a school in Amersham and reportedly lived in Gerrards Cross from a young age.

Amal Alamuddin, a barrister who represented Julian Assange, head of Wikileaks, during extradition proceedings, recently got engaged to the Ocean’s Eleven star.

It was reported that the Oscar-winner popped the question last week.

Amal went to Dr Challoner's High School, in Cokes Lane, until she was 18 and went on to study Law at Oxford University, the school confirmed.

It has also been reported she lived in Gerrards Cross with her parents from the age of two.

She is said to have moved to Bucks after fleeing her birth place of Beirut.
