YOUNG students at Thorpe House School have been enjoying a different sort of challenge, this month.
The children were tasked with making decorated boxes for their Harvest Festival donations to be given to the homeless charity The London and Slough Run.
After having lots of fun decorating their unique boxes, they walked them over to All Saints Church in Gerrards Cross.
School spokesman Sarah Melvin said: “Harvest festival is a firm favourite with the boys and in the run up they have been working really hard on their readings and songs.”
The Thorpe House Nursery also held their own Harvest celebrations last week by holding a festival of songs and scarecrows.
